  Great prices and range, but unfortunately the customer service is quite poor. Not all staff are bad, but many seem to treat you as though you're an inconvenience to their day and don't take the initiative to be helpful. Knowledgeable staff are also rare.

  Upon spending considerable time searching for said product I gave up and asked for some assistance from a staff member. The staff member pointed in the direction of the aisle I had just been in. Fair enough, maybe they had not heard me say I had already looked there. I told the staff member I had already looked for the second time, where they looked at me and told me I would find it there. They walked away after that.

  Went in today to exchange one product with another. Went to the Aisle where I purchased product one to get the correct product however could not locate the product I was after

  These people really don't give a s#%t about service. I was phoned up when a special order arrived and told them that I couldn't come in until after work at around 5pm. Was told that the "special order desk" wouldn't be open. Asked them to leave it at the front counter for me, they said they can't do that. They then said that they would leave it at the "special order desk", and would hand over to evening staff. When I went to pick it up there was no one at the "special orders desk" (as usual), and no one knew anything about it. Finally managed to corner one of their staff to ask for help. After 2 calls over the PA system for help, someone eventually came, but couldn't do anything because they didn't have the password for the software to process the order. They were very unenthusiastic about resolving the problem. In the end finally got my special order but took about 30 minutes (should have been less than 5). Will just have to chalk this up to another typical visit to Bunnings.
